Additionally, he was awarded the New Director Award from the Little Rock Film Institute in Little Rock, Arkansas. A violinist and hobbyist composer, Scott also wrote the musical score for eNigma.

Scott produced eNigma while working toward his Master of Fine Arts (MFA) degree at the prestigious International Film School in Paris, France. His work has been featured by the Cinémathèque Française in Paris and by the Short Film Corner and the American Pavilion at the Cannes Film Festival.

During his time studying and working on sets overseas, Scott cultivated a diversified, global perspective of the film industry and a broad knowledge and awareness of various international cultures. He is fluent in the French language and accustomed to European culture.

Since earning his MFA, Scott has worked on numerous film projects in various roles, including an independent feature film titled Then There was Joe and VH-1/ television episodes. He has traveled to various locations throughout the country to work on sets and has spent time as a part-time drama instructor at public schools in Fort Smith, Arkansas. Problem-solving, coordination, and logistics are areas of expertise for Scott. His passion and creativity serve as driving forces for his ongoing achievement and success.

This passion and creativity—and his career in film and entertainment—began at an early age. He took acting lessons and worked as a child actor with the Linda Laymen Agency in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He starred in local and regional television commercials and commercial print; performed in talent shows, musicals, and stage productions; and entertained audiences with standup comedy routines.

The self-confidence and charisma he developed through these childhood experiences led him to become an extremely involved and passionate leader during his teenage and young-adult years. He served as a member of his high school’s student council and was named Most Valuable Player of his school’s football team after leading them to victory at the 2002 Arkansas State Championship. He was also voted “Most Influential” out of his high school class of 650. In college, Scott took pride in making incoming students feel welcome and at ease by leading campus orientations and serving as a resident assistant at the University of Arkansas.

Scott credits his loving and supportive family for providing constant encouragement and a plethora of opportunities for his success. He has a younger sister Alyse, who was crowned Miss Arkansas 2010 and was the 2011 Miss America runner-up. She currently works as a news anchor for Fox 5’s morning program, Good Day Atlanta. Scott’s older brother, Martin, attended Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee, on a piano scholarship.

Based in Fayetteville, Arkansas, Scott enjoys various hobbies, including playing violin, working out and staying active, and spending time with his chocolate pit lab, Princess Annabelle Rohmër la Troisième du Paris, Duchess of the Dog Park and First of Her Name—or informally, Annabelle—who is trained in French commands. He also volunteers at the Iams Dog Park in Fayetteville.

Scott continues to thrive in creative and leadership positions, adapting his many talents and skills to the multiple responsibilities and roles a position holds. His gregarious personality and charm are trademarks of his being—qualities that make him successful in every relationship and interaction he encounters.
